These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between [Your Name / Business Name] (“I”, “me”, “my”) and the client (“you”). By booking a photography session or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

A non‑refundable booking fee of £50 or 20% whichever is greater, this is required to secure your session date.

The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.

Sessions are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings are honoured at the agreed rate.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel, the booking fee is non‑refundable.

You may reschedule your session once without losing your booking fee, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice.

In cases of illness, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances, I may offer to reschedule at no extra cost.

If I must cancel due to emergency or illness, you will be offered a new date or a full refund of all payments made.

3. Session Expectations

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

I will do my best to work with children, pets, and all family members, but I cannot guarantee specific poses or behaviours.

The style of photography you see in my portfolio reflects my artistic approach. By booking, you accept this style.

4. Image Delivery

You will receive your edited images within 6 weeks of your session.

Images are delivered via an online gallery unless otherwise agreed.

I do not provide unedited or RAW files under any circumstances.

5. Image Use & Copyright

I retain full copyright to all images created during your session.

You receive a personal-use licence, allowing you to download, print, and share your images for personal use.

You may not edit, alter, sell, or use the images for commercial purposes without written permission.

I may use images from your session for my portfolio, website, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before the session.

6. Model Release

By booking a session, you grant permission for images of you and your family to be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials), unless you opt out in writing.

If you prefer your images to remain private, simply let me know before your session.

7. Liability

I am not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property during the session.

I am not liable for circumstances beyond my control, including weather, location restrictions, or uncooperative subjects.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or data loss, my liability is limited to a full refund of your session fee.

8. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Vouchers are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sessions booked with a voucher are subject to the same Terms & Conditions.

9. Digital & Print Products

Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products.

Once digital files are delivered, it is your responsibility to back them up safely.

Replacement galleries may incur a small fee.

10. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

Copy or reproduce any content without permission

Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with the website’s functionality

All content on this site is protected by copyright.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be handled under NI jurisdiction.
